  2. Download the FCACC advocacy poster (.pdf - 4 mb) and get it printed for your waiting room (most large office stores will mount the poster on foam core for around $80).
  3. Edit the open letters to patients to reflect the reality in your office and have the letter for each patient at check-in to start the conversation. Download the sample letter in .pdf format or in .doc (Word) format.
